个人介绍

刘芝华,1965年生,籍贯山东,天美麻花星空视频肿瘤医院副院长,分子肿瘤学国家重点实验室主任。北京大学生科院本科、博士,美国华盛顿州立大学博士后,1996年底加入医科院肿瘤医院工作至今。主要研究工作是肿瘤发生发展的分子机理及转化研究,利用多组学数据鉴定肿瘤驱动基因,对肿瘤进行精确分型,指导临床治疗、发现新型标志物和治疗靶点,阐述关键基因和通路的功能表型和调控机制,在基因表达调控、蛋白翻译后修饰等方面做了系列工作。


主要研究方向

主要研究方向为恶性肿瘤发生发展的分子机制及个体化治疗,聚焦食管癌研究,鉴定肿瘤驱动基因,对肿瘤进行精准分型,指导临床治疗;发现早期诊断的分子标志物及肿瘤治疗靶点,阐述关键基因和通路的功能表型和调控机制。
